Cornflower blue, that crayon name is stuck in my head for some reason and I keep seeing that color everywhere lately. I used to love reading the names of boxed crayon colors when I was little. I wanted that job. Later I thought designing labels for wine or beer would be fun too. Being an Art Therapist was a plan at some point as well. Who would have thought becoming a designer of Blanket Coats would be in in the cards?
Back to the coat - it's incredibly soft. Cornflower blue and orange with red stitching. Will have to buy the 64 count pack of Crayolas to see if I can find the right name to describe this shade of orange
Reversible with holes for belting
Approx 49" x 35"
I have an obsession with blankets. Beautiful, hand stitched, repurposed textiles speak to me. There's something special in wearing fabric that was intentionally made to protect and comfort someone.
The shape isn't tailored. It's not supposed to be. You're wearing a blanket. It's that good. And yes, there are pockets.
Every coat is one of a kind. Made from vintage fabrics stitched by hand, your piece may have markings or worn areas that we find make our coats even more desirable.
Dry Cleaning or Spot Cleaning is recommended.
If you choose to launder your blanket coat, we suggest hand washing or washing on a delicate cycle.
