The day before Thanksgiving it was time to get the stack of blanket coats out from the closet.  One for each child and their spouse.  Three for the grandkids.  In the summers they all sat out on the front porch together after dinner with ice cream.  In the winter, the grandkids still wanted to do the same thing.  So the after dinner dessert tradition continued even when it was cold.  They still had ice cream (because the kids insisted) but it was only a small scoop served on top of warm apple crumble. 

C216a is lightweight, soft, and cozy.  I love the warmer tones of blue, purple, and brown. 

Our slim is the same length as our original.  It's just three inches less fabric on either side.  That doesn't matter to everyone.  Keep that in mind.  Choose the kantha that you love.  Choose your one.

Dry Cleaning or Spot Cleaning is recommended. 

If you choose to launder your blanket coat, we suggest hand washing or washing on a delicate cycle. 

Do NOT machine dry.
