The Hive Pop Up Collective on Rice Blvd in Houston has my heart, I hope it has yours too. More than the perfect place to grab a cute outfit, gift, or accessory - The Hive has proven to be a place of connection. It's a shop where friendships happen between customers and our brand partners. There's a good chance when you've shopped with us that we've laughed with you and maybe even poured you a drink. We set out to create a fun, community filled space and I think we've done just that.
This will be SAPANA's last week at The Hive. While I'm excited for what's next, leaving is going to be hard. No doubt, my experience with the store will help me as I transition into my own retail space. Gretchen and Dulce, co-owners of The Hive, consistently push us as brand partners to grow our individual small businesses. Every brand in the store is unique, but one thing that we all have in common - we are encouragers. Sharing ideas, motivating one another both professionally and personally, promoting each other - it's only natural to succeed when you are surrounded by friends who believe in you.
The Hive is truly a collective of amazing talent and spirit. I'm grateful to have been a part of this group from the beginning. I hope to pop back in for a trunk show when the temperatures drop with a rack full of blanket coats!
Watch our social media for progress on our newest adventure. SAPANA will be opening a year round showroom on Henkel Square in Round Top, Texas. I expect to open in mid-September and to be fully up and running before the Winter 2022 Round Top show.
