Orders are shipped within 48 business hours.  If you need your order to go out sooner, send us an email at info@sapanadreams.com  When you check out you can choose the shipping service/price.  Tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Once an item is with the shipping service, they are responsible for the care of your package.

We want you to love your Sapana piece.  If you aren’t happy let us know.  We can process a return or exchange on new and unworn pieces within 10 days of purchase (or delivery if your item was shipped).

Let us know at info@sapanadreams.com if you have a return.  We will send you a shipping label and process your return once it’s received.  We credit the same account you used for purchasing.  Sometimes it can take 5-7 business days to see your credit applied.

Remember your coat lived a life before you as a kantha quilt.  We choose to make our coats from only vintage textiles.  Patches, marks, and worn areas make your piece one of a kind.  I don’t see these as imperfections but more so a part of the story behind your coat.

Spot cleaning and dry cleaning are recommended.  Should you choose to launder, we suggest a cold water hand wash.  DO NOT put your coat in the dryer.  Air drying is a must.  Lay flat to completely dry.  Once your coat is dry you may tumble without heat for softness.
