The making of your dhurrie bag provides income opportunities for artisans in rural areas of Rajasthan, India.  Depending on the size and complexity of the design, it can take weeks our rugs to be loomed by hand.  Our tailor then works to transform what would have been a floor covering into your beautiful dhurrie bag.

Caring for your bag is easy.  We prefer to use a chemical free soap with water and a warm rag to remove any spots.  You may chose to treat your bag with a chemical free water repellant spray.
