    Longer than the Mini, our Mid typically falls just past the hips.

    Material

    Every coat is one of a kind, made from a vintage kantha quilt. Layers of fabric bound by a hand sewn running stitch - your piece may have markings or worn areas that we find make our coats even more storied and unique.

    Care

    Dry Cleaning or Spot Cleaning is recommended.

    If you choose to launder your blanket coat, we suggest hand washing or washing on a delicate cycle.

    Do NOT machine dry.

    We want you to love your Sapana piece.  If you aren’t happy let us know.  We can process a return or exchange on new and unworn pieces within 10 days of purchase (or delivery if your item was shipped).

    Mid Style

    Designed to hit at or just below the hip, depending on height and torso length. The Mid offers ease and coverage without the length of a full coat.

    It’s an in-between style that still delivers the comfort and presence of living in a blanket, simply in a more compact form. Also, I've been told it's fun to layer over leggings after a workout.

    Blanket Coat Weight

    • Tissue Weight

      These are the lightest of our coats.  They feel barely there and have minimal structure.

    • Light Weight

      These coats tend to have more drape and a relaxed fit more than a tailored shape.

    • Mid Weight

      More structured than our lightweight coats.  They still drape beautifully but you'll find it holds it's shape especially in the collar.  They will soften with wear.

    • Heavy Weight

      These can be "structured" or "broken in".  If it's structured and heavy weight you will notice more of an "A Line" shape.  You will feel a comforting weight on your shoulders.
